The Seed Pod
Cultivating Wisdom & Wonder in Teens
Our children need a new kind of guidance
The world is changing at unprecedented speeds, yet most classrooms remain frozen in the past.
The Seed Pod offers a powerful alternative: online enrichment courses that help teens meet the future with clarity and courage.
Our approach nurtures wisdom, curiosity, and resilience—capacities that will remain relevant no matter what the future brings.
We focus on developing deeply human capacities: curiosity, compassion, self-awareness, and the ability to see how choices ripple across nested systems—from self to family to planet.
Students are accompanied by steady, caring adults who see them, track their growth, and celebrate their gifts.
We never hand students ready-made answers or push them towards particular conclusions. Instead, we create space for them to explore different beliefs and forge their own truths.
We gather in circles of just six students, so every voice can be heard and valued.
The Seed Pod is an online ecosystem of learning and belonging that complements any education—public, private, or nontraditional. In our weekly classes, students encounter what schools often lack: deep questions, meaningful connection, and space to discover who they really are.
We offer semester-long courses in fall and spring, and 2-week intensives in the summer
Each learning pod is capped at six students to maximize depth and intimacy
$240/month per course. Need-based scholarships ensure accessibility for all families
Monthly check-ins provide personalized guidance, care, and accountability
Weekly community events—open mics, mindfulness practices, support groups—knit students into a worldwide network of visionaries
Each week includes a short pre-class video, a 60-minute live online circle, and an embodied practice to ground learning in lived experience
Where do your beliefs, desires, and choices come from? Explore the hidden forces within.
How did a cloud of light turn itself into you and me? Why does this story matter?
How did we get here? Where are we headed? A teen's guide to this planetary moment.
This fall, we’re opening The Seed Pod to the community with a series of free learning events.
In these 90-minute gatherings, parents and students can:

For too long, schools have trained students to think – and act – like machines. In a future flooded with bots and robots, this strategy is sure to fail. Instead, young people must cultivate their deeply human gifts: wisdom, care, courage, imagination.
For billions of years, plants have relied on seed pods to carry what matters most into the future—protecting fragile beginnings until the time is right for them to take root. At The Seed Pod, our mission is to do the same: not with grains or beans, but with seeds of wisdom and wonder.
We hope you’ll join us in passing these seeds forward, so that our children can flourish in a vibrant world.
